Jay Adams, DC, is an experienced chiropractor who offers comprehensive care for patients of all ages, including children, teens, and adults. Dr. Adams sees patients at Excel Spine & Rehab, his state-of-the-art chiropractic clinic located in Norman, Oklahoma.
Dr. Adams attended Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma, for his undergraduate studies, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. He went on to complete his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree at Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas.
Taking an individualized approach to care, Dr. Adams designs corrective treatment plans integrating manipulation and soft tissue therapy with functional rehabilitation exercise programs. His goal is to help patients resolve their pain and return to the activities that bring them joy.
Outside the office, Dr. Adams enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children — he also enjoys squeezing in the occasional round of golf when he can. Dr. Adams' love of travel has taken him to 17 countries and four continents.
